Retail Security Training

Basic Job Training [3 days]
This course delivers additional retail security training to the Static & Patrol course including, applications of the law in a retail environment, customer liaison and Civil Recovery.

Communications & Conflict Management [1 day]
This course is available to a variety of individuals and groups who work within the retail sector and who come into contact with aggrerssion and violence in the workplace.

N.B. Communication & Conflict Management training is only available to security linked organistaions.
